  1. How does delivery work?

    We deliver twice weekly: Sunday after 3pm (Mon/Tue meals) and Tuesday after 3pm (Wed/Thu/Fri meals). Door-drop only — no signature required.

  2. Can I pause my subscription?

    Yes — pause indefinitely from your account portal. Your plan, address, and payment method are preserved.

  3. What if I have allergies?

    Every meal lists allergen flags. We can't currently substitute ingredients per-customer, but we publish full allergen info so you can choose meals that work for you.

  4. When do I get charged?

    Weekly, on the same day each week, for the upcoming delivery week. You can skip a week without changing your billing day.

  5. How do I cancel?

    From your account portal — one click. We'll ask why so we can keep improving, but cancellation is immediate.

  6. Where do you deliver?

    Miami-Dade County only at this time. Outside the area? We'll add you to the waitlist.
